Exclusivity is a luxury today. That’s why, at “Aux Trois Amis,” every ingredient on your plate is carefully selected. Chef Marc: “The dishes are born out of great creativity. Suddenly, there’s an idea that absolutely has to end up on the plate!” Marc’s beloved surprise menus feature ingredients from all over the world in perfect harmony. High above Lake Biel, he delights guests with his haute cuisine, served without pretension.

From a traveling bistro to a gourmet restaurant: Cynthia and Marc have infused the inn with their own character over the past few years. Since 2016, they have been taking their guests on a culinary journey that broadens horizons in this restaurant steeped in history. Chef Marc conjures up the taste experiences, while sommelier Cynthia selects the perfect wine to accompany them. Both remain true to their motto: the menu features regional products as well as ingredients from around the world.

For us, cooking is a team effort that inspires us as much as travel, the seasons, and personal visits to restaurants. The meal is then presented as a surprise menu of 4 to 6 courses or à la carte.
