Since 2020, Romain Dercile and François Gautier have been at the helm of Restaurant La Fleur de Sel in the heart of Cossonay: one in the kitchen, the other in the dining room. Together, they offer a delicious culinary experience, worthy of their predecessor Carlo Crisci.
