La Micheline restaurant is located in the vibrant new Gare des Eaux-Vives district of Geneva and has been led since 2020 by Spanish Basque chef Andrés Arocena, who was trained by the great Martín Berasategui.
His passion for gastronomy, enriched by experience gained in the finest restaurants of Spain, England, France, and Switzerland, lends his cuisine exceptional creativity, recognized with a 17/20 rating in Gault&Millau and a Michelin star.
