Vecchia Osteria Seseglio was built as a farmhouse in the Seseglio agricultural zone, between Lakes Lugano and Como. Renovated “con amore” in 2001, it presents once more its authenticity, offering a quality environment, rustic and refined, with an atmosphere of seductive discretion, where a cuisine of tradition and emotion may be tasted: every day great fresh ingredients and great experience go into the à la carte dishes, the business lunch and the tasting menu, under the eye of Chef Ambrogio Stefanetti, who offers a classic Mediterranean cuisine. Always faithful to the turning of the seasons, respecting the quality of the ingredients used, he reserves a special place for dishes from the Lombardy-Ticino tradition, and there are many typical products to be sampled. From the end of August onwards, game takes centre stage. There is no lack of traditional sweets and sophisticated delights for real enthusiasts. Supervised by expert sommeliers, the wine list counts over 300 labels representing the best producers from Ticino, Italy and France.
