On Monday, September 28, our members and partners from the Grandes Tables Suisses gathered at the Maison de la Petite Arvine in Fully (VS) for a day of fellowship and conversation.
On the menu: a welcome reception featuring a Valais-style platter, a starter created by Ilario Colombo Zefinetti (Restaurant du Théâtre, Monthey), grilled meats by Mérat, and side dishes by Léguriviera. Delicious Oona Swiss caviar was also served, along with a selection of desserts prepared by Audrey and Grégory Halgand. Throughout the afternoon, conversations among the tables about everyone’s professions, products, and projects set the tone in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
