Stefan Jäckel leads the stoves of the restaurant “La Rôtisserie”, established in the Zurich hotel “Storchen”, on which they prepare classic dishes and international cuisine.
Before arriving in Zurich in spring 2019, he worked with Iris Petermann at the restaurant “Weiss Kreuz” in Malans (Graubünden), who demanded a lot from him and encouraged him relentlessly. Gault&Millau was enthusiastic and awarded him 17 points and the Michelin guide awarded him a star.
The “Storchen” hotel belongs to the group “The Living Circle” – a select group of first-class hotels and restaurants. Rice, vegetables, fruit, wine and other fine wines are all produced and supplied by the hotel’s own farms.
