At the Berceau des Sens, an educational restaurant for EHL students in their preparatory year, creativity and excellence meet.

Every week, a fresh stream of students brings freshness and energy. Under the expert guidance of our Chef Lucrèce Lacchio, Restaurant Manager Thomas Fefin and a dedicated team, they learn the subtleties of service, food preparation and the art of entertaining.

Caring, autonomy and high standards are the hallmarks of the apprenticeship, forging the future leaders of the hotel and restaurant industry.

The mastery of rituals, small details, gestures and traditions is central to our students’ learning path, making a wonderful culinary experience an exceptional and unforgettable event.

Every Monday, a new team of students arrives to begin two weeks of intensive training under the guidance and benevolent advice of our teachers, all experts in their respective fields.

With a daily change of station, from wine selection to service, from bar to kitchen and all related positions, each student acquires the valuable knowledge he or she will need as a future professional and expert in the art of hotel excellence.
