Les Touristes, a restaurant in the heart of Martigny, is run by Maël Gross and Christophe Genetti, who were born just a stone’s throw from the restaurant and have been close friends since childhood.
Named “Discovery of the Year” in 2022, the duo offers unpretentious, locally sourced cuisine, where every ingredient tells a story—whether from an artisan, a market gardener, or a passionate forager.
Awarded 16 Gault&Millau points, the two chefs’ cuisine transforms seasonal ingredients and the finest meats into inventive dishes and culinary experiences, all served in a warm and welcoming setting.
