Since its opening in 2019, the gourmet restaurant Le Splendide has had the inspiring concept of combining the culinary excellences of southern Italy with those of southern Switzerland, that is to say Ticino.

This journey of taste is today the result of the encounter of chef Marco Veneruso and his Campanian origins with the traditions of Ticino tables, embellished by the creative contemporaneity of international experiences.

This is how the lemon from Sorrento, the Piennolo tomato from Vesuvius and the anchovy sauce meet with the butter from the Alps, the good flour and other specialties from Ticino, composing an elegant gastronomic journey halfway between Mediterranean and Lake Ceresio.
