Right in the middle of the peaceful village of Châtillon, the restaurant Le Soleil invites you to enjoy a good meal, with a green terrace featuring a herbarium.

Chef Clément Bourgeois takes over the reins of Le Soleil restaurant in Châtillon, on the outskirts of Delémont, where his two passions will be perpetuated: gastronomy and nature.

After running the La Teinturerie restaurant in the heart of the Jura capital, the former chef at Georges Wenger (2 Michelin stars) in Le Noirmont, will be offering a refined cuisine firmly rooted in the terroir.

The cuisine

Passionate about patiently selected wild plants, the Chef will propose a “true” cuisine.

From exceptional products to local produce, the Chef intends to give free rein to his desires, at the head of a professional brigade.

The “Solar Menu” will delight you at lunchtime.

And in the evening, you can choose between the 7-course “Laisse-toi faire menu” and our à la carte menu, with its selection of natural and biodynamic wines.
